The Los Naranjos Golf Course is located in the “Golf Valley”, just a few kilometres from Marbella. The course has undergone major changes during its second period, during which major international tournaments were held. Los Naranjos is experiencing a new era, as evidenced by the new clubhouse and some reforms to its fairways. Although the fairways, like the bunkers, are wide, the course is not easy and long, well-placed shots are required to meet par hole by hole. There is a big difference between the two courses (the first 9 holes and the next 9), so much so that it seems as if you are playing on two different courses… In the first part of the course, we find fairly wide fairways, although with large slopes and where both trees and water add natural obstacles to the course. In the second part of the course we find a flatter course, planted with orange trees, allowing us to guess the origin of the name of the club.
